Once your website is built, we don’t leave you on your own. We offer a convenient hosting and maintenance plan that keeps your website in good repair.
Here’s how it works:
To keep your website on the worldwide web, you need to regularly pay for three things:
Domain
Through a domain registrar, you pay a recurring fee for your website’s url name.
Hosting
Your website’s files need to be stored on a server somewhere. The company that stores your files is called a host.
This one’s optional, but businesses usually include it with their website for a professional-looking email address (yourname@yourwebsite.com).
Our Hosting & Maintenance Plan bundles all three of these services together into a single monthly fee.
We take care of setting up your domain, getting your site hosted on fast, reliable, and secure servers, and giving you a custom email address. If you already have an existing website, we can take over management of these services, if you’d like.
But we don’t stop there. Our plan also includes:
Updates
Your website shouldn’t be a snapshot in time from when it was created. As your business grows and evolves, your site should too. As a member of our hosting and maintenance plan, you can make any changes you’d like. We’ll gladly fulfill your update requests—usually within a day or two.
Support
You know that techie friend you have, whose very presence seems to make technology-related problems go away? That’s us. When questions or concerns about your website come up, we’re here for you and ready to help.
Monthly Reports
After your website goes live, you want to know how it’s doing. Once a month, we’ll send you a report with valuable data: how many people are visiting your site, how long they’re staying, if they’re new or returning visitors, and much more.
